EFFICIENT GRINDING
Maximize loading speed and productivity with the patented SmartGrind system and hydraulic feed roller down pressure. The open-ended, wide feed tables are designed to make side loading easy and efficient.
CUSTOM CHIPPING
To increase flexibility with the HG6000E, a dedicated chip drum is available that can be adjusted to produce product sizes ranging from 0.125 in to 1.5 in (3.2 mm to 38.1 mm).
SMART FEED SYSTEM
The smart feed system monitors the machine’s engine speed and keeps the engine operating at an optimal level. This allows you to spend more time feeding material instead of making adjustments.
SAFETY
Reduce the amount of thrown material and the distance it travels with the strategically positioned Thrown Object Deflector (TOD), designed to minimize obstructions when loading long materials.
