Vermeer Makina stands for excellent service and customer care. We understand the importance of preventing machine down time. All important machine parts are kept on stock and are ready for dispatch the same day.

Mobile service stations

In the event of a machine failure (‘machine down’), we can quickly respond with one of our fully equipped mobile service stations to get you on the job again as soon as possible. To ensure quality, our service engineers are factory trained and certified by Vermeer.

Machine data file

We store a technical machine file from every machine that we have supplied. Service, Drawings, Repairs, supplied parts and modifications are entered in our database. That way,  in the event of a required service or a malfuncion of your machine, we are able to quickly determine which exact parts are needed.
